Standard Shipping:
Most items ship USPS Priority Mail with tracking ID's and typically ship within 5 business days.  Please note, some items may ship separately.  Click here to see shipping rates.

Returns:
My Tennessee accepts returns within 30 days upon receipt of purchase. Returns must by in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags & labels. It must also include a receipt &/or packing slip. To return an item, please contact us.

Refunds:
Returns will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Once approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Based upon your financial institution, it can take up to 2-10 days to reflect on your account.

Exchanges:
My Tennessee accepts exchanges as long as the product is not visibly worn/ damaged with original tags & labels within 30 days of purchase. To exchange an item, please contact us

Final Sale Items:
Items purchased at drastically reduced, sales prices were listed FINAL SALE clearly on the site; therefore, we cannot exchange or refund these items.
